I’m Dan and I lead Christchurch Three Mills. Before getting ordained in the Church of England, I was a maths teacher in schools around East London for 10 years. I love the dream we have as a church to be a church in, with and for the good of our local neighbourhood and am enjoying living and making friends on the Mill Meads estate and beyond. For me, the revolutionary words, life, death and resurrection of Jesus have as much relevance to us now as ever, whatever our background or connection to church or faith. Love to talk to you about this sometime!
I am married to Ellie and we have 2 wonderful daughters who are incredible and bring joy, life and laughter to us and many others. I enjoy good coffee, reading, being creative and occasional, inconsistent bouts of running.
Hiya! My name’s Maxine and I work full time as a justices’ clerk. I’m easy going, love volunteering and if I ever have free time, you’ll probably catch me cycling around in East London parks. I’ve been attending Church since a child and what has always kept me coming back is that it’s a place where everyone is truly welcome and is a space where you can go as you are: happy, sad or indifferent. CC3M is special because we’re all committed to loving the community and responding to any challenges that may arise. The connections that have been formed so far are so nurturing and I’m certain that the community is there for me as I am for everyone.
Hello! My name is Doyin. I work with the Local Authority. I am married with amazing kids. I enjoy planning events and serving in the house of God in my own little way. I appreciate the Christchurch Three Mills community. Especially how focused we are on children and young people, and bringing the gospel to them. It is great to see everyone connected and having fun at the different events that are organised throughout the year. I always look forward to attending with my family.
My name is Tosin, I'm married to Christopher.
I am passionate about people and community.
I love working with young people, and supporting them on their journey, as they develop their faith in God.
I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, and being a part of a church family, that keeps reaching out and extending God's love to our community.
Hi I’m Patricia Larocque! I’m a Curate here at Christchurch Three Mills. After worshipping for over 30 years at St John’s Church in Stratford, I felt God’s call to help plant this church in Three Mills.
My vision is to let the community realise that God is STILL alive today, redeeming pain and changing lives. I look forward to encouraging others to believe that if Jesus can use me for his purpose to make his name known, then he can do the same for them also, as nothing is too difficult for Him!
Having been ordained in September 2024, I humbly look forward to getting my feet on the ground, engaging with the community and serving them.
Hello! I'm Ellie, one of the leaders at Christchurch Three Mills. I am married to Dan and we have two wonderful daughters. I am passionate about our local church community and love being able to meet and get to know people from the Three Mills area. I love reading and enjoy watching terrible romantic comedies.
Hello! My name is Rebecca. I live in London and worked in the NHS. I like that our church brings people (young and old) and community together and allows them to interact and communicate. Christchurch Three Mills helps reinforce social unity and stability.

Hey! I’m Jenna and I work part-time at Church, in charge of all the admin. I’m a quiet, reserved person, but in my free time I’m always at the gym weightlifting to some pretty loud heavy metal music! I also love being a part of Church and getting into the routine of seeing familiar faces each week, and love hearing all the stories people share.
I’m Boris, the treasurer and a trustee. I’m responsible for making sure the church’s accounts are accurate and that money is spent responsibly. At church, I enjoy meeting new people in the community at church events, and spending time on Sunday with my church family. Outside of church, I enjoy exercise and reading, particularly Evelyn Waugh.
Hi, my name is Alison. I am a happily married mum of one! My favourite subject in school was child development which is why I chose a career working with children and families. What I love about being involved in the church is the enjoyment I get from seeing people each week, sharing stories, attending worship, enjoying the community events and spreading God’s word.
Stay tuned...
